About the role
- Key member of the interdisciplinary operating room (OR) team, assisting in procedures across multiple specialties
- Preparing the OR and required instrumentation
- Providing empathetic patient care and clear communication
- Sharing knowledge and mentoring OTA students during their training
Requirements
- Completed training as a Surgical Technologist (OTA) or as a Registered Nurse, ideally with additional specialization in perioperative nursing
- Desire for professional and personal development
- Professional competence and a confident, personable manner
- Team player who is willing to pitch in
