About the role
- You help our Business Sales team get our products where they should stick — at company anniversaries, team events, and in the hearts of companies of all sizes.
- You qualify our hottest inbound leads — by phone, in person, with charm and intelligence.
- You are our outward-facing voice and can identify who is ready to commit and who isn’t.
- You work closely with our Marketing & Sales teams — as a sparring partner, organizer, and preparation pro.
- You support our outbound activities — from research to creative, personalized outreach to our favorite customers.
- You build your own leads, manage them with passion, and keep an eye on your KPIs.
Requirements
- Ideally you already have some experience in marketing or sales — but it’s not required; we’ll teach you the necessary skills.
- You enjoy making calls — you’re not afraid of people but welcome real conversations.
- You are proactive and self-organized — you don’t wait, you act.
- You think along and think ahead — not just “What do I have to do?” but “How can we do it better?”
- You have a good sense for language, people, and tone — whether on the phone, by email, or on LinkedIn.
- You want to learn how modern B2B sales really works — with tools, tactics, and a team.
- You are currently enrolled in university — ideally in a communications- or business-related field, but this is not required.
- You bring ideas and want to implement them — here we don’t just nod, we do.
- You are comfortable in a hybrid or remote, dynamic working environment and are flexible.
- You have excellent written and spoken German (C1).
