About the role
- You are responsible for the B2B content and channel strategy across two business units and ensure our messages reach the right audiences — and convert into qualified leads.
- You are the functional lead for content strategy & distribution, work closely with the CMO, and remain hands-on enough to produce copy, concepts, or briefs yourself when needed.
- Develop a clear content and channel strategy.
- Create or co-create landing page copy, email flows, campaign hooks, short video/podcast briefs, and social copy.
- Manage the operational marketing team as well as external specialized vendors through clear briefs and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing within acquisition-focused environments (e.g., agency, SaaS, events, consulting), ideally with a focus on content/channel strategy and demand generation.
- Strong channel knowledge for LinkedIn, Email/CRM, Paid Social, and landing pages — you know what content works where.
- Strong in conceptualization and storytelling: you think from market and audience perspectives and can develop clear lead magnets, messages, hooks, and CTAs.
- Solid AI and automation experience in marketing: you have worked extensively with AI tools and automated workflows/reporting and can bring this setup to us and further professionalize it.
- You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality: you can build a system but also produce content and launch campaigns yourself.
- Plus: You think in funnels and create high-converting content & marketing assets inspired by Alex Hormozi.
- Very good German skills, confident English.
