About the role
- You inspire future STICKERSTARS communities to create their own collectible sticker album
- Quickly learn our entire sales process through a structured onboarding program
- Manage primarily inbound customers – from initial contact to appointment scheduling
- Screen new inquiries – approx. 700 inquiries per month
- Schedule and conduct many meetings yourself
- Serve as the first point of contact for project workflows
- Support the team by providing input and templates
- Work closely with Marketing and Project Management
- Contribute your own ideas for continuous improvement in sales
Requirements
- Some practical experience in sales, customer service, or account management
- Excellent communication skills
- Committed and open-minded
- Quick learner; work in a structured and meticulous manner
- Strong customer and service orientation with a hands-on mentality
- Ideally, some experience in grocery retail (LEH)
- Empathetic, with excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities
- Very good German language skills (spoken and written)
- Residence in or near Berlin
