About the role

  • You inspire our future STICKERSTARS communities to create their own custom sticker album
  • You will quickly learn our entire sales process through a structured onboarding program
  • You primarily manage inbound customers — from the first contact to scheduling appointments with our field sales team
  • You will screen new inquiries — we receive around 700 inquiries per month, which we review as a team and qualify for the sales process
  • You organize and conduct a large number of customer conversations
  • You are the primary point of contact for all questions related to project execution
  • You support the team, contribute ideas, and provide templates and resources for your colleagues
  • You work closely with Marketing and Project Management to optimize processes
  • You bring your own ideas to continuously improve sales

Requirements

  • Some practical experience in sales, customer service, or account management — education, degree, or career changer: all are welcome
  • You are a strong communicator and enjoy interacting with colleagues and customers
  • You are committed and have an outgoing manner that quickly wins people over
  • You actively contribute to the company and enjoy taking responsibility
  • You have quick comprehension and work in a structured and careful way
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation and a hands-on mentality
  • Ideally you already have some experience with the grocery retail sector (LEH)
  • You are empathetic, possess excellent communication skills, and have strong negotiation abilities
