About the role
- Point of contact for inquiries from clubs and community groups
- Review, qualify, and prioritize leads
- Schedule and conduct meetings
- Build trust and initiate appropriate actions
- Work closely with Marketing and Project Management
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve the sales process
Requirements
- Some hands-on experience in sales, customer service, or account management
- Strong communication skills
- Committed and open-minded
- Quick learner with a structured and detail-oriented approach
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Ideally: initial experience in grocery/food retail
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Residence in or near Berlin
