Key responsibilities & impact

lead the successful delivery of customer projects, ensuring they stay on track regarding scope, schedule, budget, and quality
manage multiple projects, end-to-end delivery of customer projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and defined success criteria are achieved
develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and governance materials
serve as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating clear and timely communication
track budgets and resources to maintain financial accountability and project profitability
identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of project management experience within enterprise software, SaaS, or related technology environments
understand project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and related tools
possess strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and a problem-solving mindset
bring experience managing budgets, forecasts, and tracking project financials
have experience working with software implementation projects; experience with Master Data Management (MDM) solutions is an advantage but not required
hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; certifications such as PMP, Agile are a plus
willing to travel as needed to support customers and project delivery
