About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Win new business through consultative, value-based selling and secure new logo software license agreements.
- Develop opportunities across industries including Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), BFSI, and Life Sciences.
- Lead and contribute to successful RFI and RFP responses.
- Build, develop, and progress a healthy pipeline of opportunities through to closure.
- Position Stibo Systems as the leading provider of multidomain Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
- Partner with solution consultants, customer success teams, and strategic partners to drive successful sales outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, solution sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven success selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience selling into industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Distribution, or Life Sciences is preferred.
- Experience working with and driving sales through partner ecosystems.
- Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A customer-first mindset focused on delivering business value.
- A proactive, resilient, and self-driven approach to achieving results.
- Experience with Salesforce, Clari, or similar sales technologies.
