Senior Account Manager
Stibo SystemsSenior Account Manager driving enterprise growth at Stibo Systems. Expanding strategic customer relationships and acting as a commercial driver for enterprise accounts.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You’ll own and grow a portfolio of 5-7 enterprise accounts, acting as both a strategic advisor and a commercial driver.
- Develop deep, trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Expand your network within accounts to uncover new opportunities across business units.
- Identify, shape, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across software and advisory services.
- Lead complex deal cycles from opportunity creation through negotiation and close.
- Align Stibo Systems’ solutions to customer business objectives.
- Ensure successful outcomes and long-term value realization.
- Forecast accurately and manage pipeline with discipline.
- Track key account metrics and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in enterprise account management or SaaS sales
- Proven success in growing existing accounts and closing expansion deals
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, CPG, or Distribution
- Familiarity with PIM, MDM, or data management solutions
- Comfortable navigating CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and managing forecasts
- Interest or experience in AI-driven use cases is a plus
- Willingness to travel across North America as needed
