About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage six individuals while also owning a small personal target (player/coach)
  • Drive an AI-first mentality for research and development
  • Support recruitment and team development
  • Work closely with Sales partners to drive opportunities within target accounts
  • Profile strategic customer accounts and identify cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Strategic Account Managers
  • Collaborate with regional partners to support sales efforts and calling days
  • Work daily with Field Marketing teams to focus on the MQLs and accounts that matter most
  • Carry a monthly target for team opportunities and contribute to quarterly MBOs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar, now looking to try management
  • High motivation to achieve and grow
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring others
  • Experience selling enterprise software
  • Fluent English is required
  • Professional working proficiency in French is strongly preferred
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Creative thinkers are always welcome!
