Team Lead, Sales Development

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage six individuals while also owning a small personal target (player/coach)
- Drive an AI-first mentality for research and development
- Support recruitment and team development
- Work closely with Sales partners to drive opportunities within target accounts
- Profile strategic customer accounts and identify cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Strategic Account Managers
- Collaborate with regional partners to support sales efforts and calling days
- Work daily with Field Marketing teams to focus on the MQLs and accounts that matter most
- Carry a monthly target for team opportunities and contribute to quarterly MBOs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar, now looking to try management
- High motivation to achieve and grow
- Previous experience managing or mentoring others
- Experience selling enterprise software
- Fluent English is required
- Professional working proficiency in French is strongly preferred
- Spanish is a plus
- Creative thinkers are always welcome!
