Account Manager, Core Accounts
Stibo SystemsAccount Executive managing a portfolio of ~30 core customers at Stibo Systems. Driving growth by deepening relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate as the CEO of your accounts—owning strategy, growth, and outcomes end to end
- Inherit a portfolio of warm, referenceable customers and focus relentlessly on net revenue expansion
- Sell mission-critical data infrastructure, not point solutions
- Identify, shape, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your account portfolio
- Build multi-threaded relationships, including C-level stakeholders, to uncover new buying centers
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned to customer business priorities
- Continuously assess where Stibo can deliver more impact across domains
- Position value, build business cases, and confidently negotiate expansion deals
- Work closely with Customer Success, Services, and Product to ensure adoption and identify expansion triggers
- Ensure customers not only stay—but expand meaningfully year over year
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in account management, sales, or customer success within enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record of success and exceeding budget/quota by upselling and cross-selling into existing accounts
- Strong ability to navigate complex organizations and build executive relationships
- Commercial mindset: you’re comfortable owning pipeline, forecasting, and closing
- Experience in industries like Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Clari is helpful
