About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate as the CEO of your accounts—owning strategy, growth, and outcomes end to end
  • Inherit a portfolio of warm, referenceable customers and focus relentlessly on net revenue expansion
  • Sell mission-critical data infrastructure, not point solutions
  • Identify, shape, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your account portfolio
  • Build multi-threaded relationships, including C-level stakeholders, to uncover new buying centers
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned to customer business priorities
  • Continuously assess where Stibo can deliver more impact across domains
  • Position value, build business cases, and confidently negotiate expansion deals
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Services, and Product to ensure adoption and identify expansion triggers
  • Ensure customers not only stay—but expand meaningfully year over year

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in account management, sales, or customer success within enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record of success and exceeding budget/quota by upselling and cross-selling into existing accounts
  • Strong ability to navigate complex organizations and build executive relationships
  • Commercial mindset: you’re comfortable owning pipeline, forecasting, and closing
  • Experience in industries like Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Clari is helpful
