About the role

  • Act as an EMEA‑wide overlay sales specialist for Customer Data / Customer MDM initiatives
  • Partner with regional Account Executives and Account Managers on large, strategic, enterprise opportunities, carrying a dedicated overlay quota
  • Leverage existing industry relationships and executive networks across Stibo Systems’ core industries including Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, and CPG; established networks within Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) are a strong advantage.
  • Lead C‑level and senior stakeholder conversations, translating business challenges into measurable, outcome‑driven value propositions
  • Own and evolve the solution positioning, value narrative, and business case for Stibo Systems’ Customer Experience Data Cloud
  • Drive complex, multi‑country, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from strategy through close
  • Provide deal strategy, coaching, and best‑practice guidance to regional sales teams
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, Partners, and Legal
  • Enable scale by contributing to playbooks, talk tracks, and field enablement for Customer Data / MDM sales
  • Represent Stibo Systems in executive briefings, customer workshops, and selected industry events

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a strong, consistent track record
  • Proven success selling Customer Data Solutions in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of Customer Experience, data platforms, and enterprise data architectures
  • Experience in overlay / specialist sales roles within matrixed, international organisations
  • English is essential; additional languages such as German, Spanish, or French are a strong asset
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA as required
