About the role
- Define and execute the strategy to grow and scale relationships with Global System Integrators
- Drive revenue, expand market presence, and create high-impact partnerships
- Own and execute the GSI partner strategy in alignment with company growth objectives
- Manage a portfolio of strategic GSI partners to drive long-term value and market impact
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across Alliance, Industry, Practice, and Sales leaders
- Drive measurable pipeline growth and revenue through GSIs
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success
- Lead and execute joint go-to-market initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in alliance management, partner sales, or business development
- Additional experience or strong relationships with TCS or other GSIs is a significant advantage
- Knowledge of enterprise SaaS, MDM, or data management solutions is preferred
- Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (advanced certifications a plus)
- Willingness to travel as needed across North America for partner engagement and industry events
