About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute the strategy to grow and scale relationships with Global System Integrators
  • Drive revenue, expand market presence, and create high-impact partnerships
  • Own and execute the GSI partner strategy in alignment with company growth objectives
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic GSI partners to drive long-term value and market impact
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across Alliance, Industry, Practice, and Sales leaders
  • Drive measurable pipeline growth and revenue through GSIs
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success
  • Lead and execute joint go-to-market initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in alliance management, partner sales, or business development
  • Additional experience or strong relationships with TCS or other GSIs is a significant advantage
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS, MDM, or data management solutions is preferred
  • Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (advanced certifications a plus)
  • Willingness to travel as needed across North America for partner engagement and industry events
