About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Financial processing: You are responsible for credit notes, cancellations and invoice corrections, and you work closely on accounts receivable and accounts payable issues.
- System quality assurance: You are the primary contact for data quality and accuracy in our IT system — you review, maintain and keep the data clean.
- Returns management: You coordinate returns end-to-end and ensure smooth processing.
- Damage and complaints handling: You handle damage cases and customer complaints in a structured, solution-oriented manner.
- Supplier communication: You liaise closely with our suppliers and independently resolve open issues.
- Process optimization: You identify bottlenecks and propose improvements instead of merely reacting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial/business training or equivalent practical experience
- Professional experience in commercial administration, accounting, returns or complaints management
- Confident user of ERP/inventory management systems and a strong eye for data quality
- Structured, methodical working approach and the ability to maintain a big-picture perspective
- Strong communication skills when liaising with suppliers and internal teams
- Self-driven with the ability to organize your work independently in a remote setting
- Advantageous: Experience in e‑commerce or in trading automotive parts
