About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As head of the HR team (currently three people), you will actively shape the entire employee lifecycle – from the first application through onboarding and development to exit.
- You will attract top talent for the company's current growth phase and establish recruiting as a strategic lever for business success.
- Together with management, you will continue to develop the HR strategy while remaining very hands-on – which also means, for example, conducting active search yourself.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You come from a dynamic environment - ideally a scale-up or start-up - and understand what matters in HR and especially in recruiting.
- Knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition.
- You are comfortable navigating both operational and strategic issues and are able to integrate the two.
- Guideline for experience: 4–5+ years of relevant HR experience – but if you can do the things described above and are eager to take on responsibility, that matters more than the number of years.
