About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As head of the HR team (currently three people), you will actively shape the entire employee lifecycle – from the first application through onboarding and development to exit.
You will attract top talent for the company's current growth phase and establish recruiting as a strategic lever for business success.
Together with management, you will continue to develop the HR strategy while remaining very hands-on – which also means, for example, conducting active search yourself.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You come from a dynamic environment - ideally a scale-up or start-up - and understand what matters in HR and especially in recruiting.
Knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition.
You are comfortable navigating both operational and strategic issues and are able to integrate the two.
Guideline for experience: 4–5+ years of relevant HR experience – but if you can do the things described above and are eager to take on responsibility, that matters more than the number of years.
