About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You develop a clear Instagram strategy and deliberately expand the channel as both a growth and brand channel.
You create new content formats, continuously test new ideas, and drive the channel toward 1 million followers.
You work closely with the Founder and strategically develop their personal brand.
You analyze performance KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversion, and derive concrete optimizations.
You collaborate closely with the rest of the social media team to bring your ideas to life.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have experience building or significantly scaling social media channels—ideally on Instagram.
You spot trends early, know how to create true scroll-stoppers, and constantly come up with new ideas that generate real attention.
You can think strategically about content and know how to grow a strong personal brand.
You also work data-driven and use KPIs to continuously improve content.
