About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and structure the entire marketing setup with a clear focus on scalable performance frameworks.
  • Develop and manage a holistic marketing strategy across all relevant channels (Meta, TikTok, Google).
  • Build and lead a performance team (e.g., UGC, Creative Strategy, Design) and further develop existing structures.
  • Define clear KPIs, manage budgets across all channels, and develop an integrated brandformance approach.
  • Develop and implement internationalization strategies (DACH, USA) in close collaboration with E‑commerce, Brand, and external partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in performance or growth marketing within a scaling D2C environment, ideally in fashion or streetwear.
  • Demonstrable track record of scaling paid channels with a focus on profitable growth.
  • Experience building teams and structures during dynamic growth phases.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and the integration of brand and performance.
  • Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking and a strong sense for target audiences, trends, and culture.
