About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independent management of 2–3 marketplace channels (channel responsibility)
  • Handling customer inquiries, returns and complaints — online and by phone
  • Active telesales, upselling & cross-selling with a genuine sales mindset
  • Structured processing via a digital service inbox, Asana & sales funnel
  • Coordination of B2B and B2C customers across multiple platforms
  • Proactively contributing to the improvement of processes and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a comparable environment (e.g., Autodoc, Teile24, automotive parts trading or workshops)
  • Technical understanding of automotive parts or willingness to build this knowledge quickly
  • Methodical, structured working style — you keep an overview even under high volume
  • Genuine sales attitude: you don’t just want to help, you want to sell
  • Enjoy working with digital tools (Asana, ticketing systems, marketplace dashboards)
  • Strong communication skills in German — written and on the phone
  • Self-organization and personal ownership — you don’t need someone to tell you what’s next
