About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independent management of 2–3 marketplace channels (channel responsibility)
- Handling customer inquiries, returns and complaints — online and by phone
- Active telesales, upselling & cross-selling with a genuine sales mindset
- Structured processing via a digital service inbox, Asana & sales funnel
- Coordination of B2B and B2C customers across multiple platforms
- Proactively contributing to the improvement of processes and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a comparable environment (e.g., Autodoc, Teile24, automotive parts trading or workshops)
- Technical understanding of automotive parts or willingness to build this knowledge quickly
- Methodical, structured working style — you keep an overview even under high volume
- Genuine sales attitude: you don’t just want to help, you want to sell
- Enjoy working with digital tools (Asana, ticketing systems, marketplace dashboards)
- Strong communication skills in German — written and on the phone
- Self-organization and personal ownership — you don’t need someone to tell you what’s next
