About the role

  • Manage and coordinate various mobile network projects with a focus on rollout
  • Proactively drive rollout projects based on customer-relevant requirements and data
  • Conduct deep-dive sessions with stakeholders to clarify complex issues and identify risk factors
  • Early identification and removal of blocking points in the rollout process
  • Identify optimization opportunities in the rollout process and implement improvement measures, followed by review meetings
  • Create and maintain rollout documentation, including status reports, change logs, and lessons learned
  • Regular coordination meetings and calls with the customer and all involved teams

Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training or degree (communications engineering, telecommunications, information technology, electrical engineering, or similar)
  • Proven experience managing complex (including multiple simultaneous) mobile network projects
  • Extensive expertise in telecommunications (mobile network infrastructure and rollouts)
  • Strong project management knowledge (methods and tools) and very good Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong communication skills, goal-oriented demeanour, and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • High willingness to travel (approx. 3 days per week to Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart and Düsseldorf) subject to agreement with the client
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
