About the role

  • Manage and coordinate various mobile network projects with a focus on rollouts
  • Proactively drive rollout projects based on customer-relevant specifications and data
  • Conduct targeted deep dives with stakeholders to clarify complex issues and identify risk factors
  • Early detection and removal of blocking points in the rollout process
  • Identify and implement optimization opportunities in the rollout process and lead review meetings
  • Create and maintain rollout documentation, including status reports and lessons learned
  • Hold regular coordination meetings and calls with the client and involved teams

Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training or a degree (e.g., communications engineering, telecommunications, information technology, electrical engineering, or similar)
  • Proven experience managing complex mobile network projects
  • Extensive expertise in telecommunications (mobile network infrastructure and rollouts)
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong communication skills, goal-oriented demeanor, and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • High willingness to travel (e.g., up to 3 days per week to Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, and Düsseldorf) as agreed with the client
  • Very good written and spoken German
