About the role
- Responsibility for overall project coordination
- Implementation of the client’s requirements
- Management and direction of the project team
- Point of contact for all project-related questions
- Participation in project meetings
- Ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules, and project controlling
- Quality assurance
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA)
- Ideally, experience across the various trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning)
- Degree in engineering — ideally with a focus on supply engineering, building services engineering, or a comparable field — OR state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK)
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project leadership / project management / project coordination
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
