About the role
- In this position you will serve as a TGA Project Manager specializing in HLSK (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary/Plumbing, Air Conditioning) within our STF Energy business unit and will lead various large-scale building services projects.
- Projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn railway stations, schools and daycare centers (Kitas), residential buildings, office buildings, as well as supermarkets and hotels.
- Coordination – With your expertise and ideas you take responsibility for overall project coordination, ensure implementation of client requirements and manage the project team to guarantee smooth workflows and on-time completion.
- Communication – You act as the main point of contact for all project-related questions and conduct discussions with clients and project stakeholders (e.g., architects, structural engineers, etc.). You actively participate in project meetings and present project status updates.
- Control – You ensure compliance with budgets and schedules, oversee project controlling and keep all quality assurance measures firmly in view.
Requirements
- You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on TGA.
- Ideally, you have gained experience in the different trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or you have been specialized in one of them.
- You hold an engineering degree—ideally with a focus on energy supply systems, building services/technology or a comparable field—or you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing or air conditioning (HLSK).
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project leadership / project management / project coordination.
- You are characterized by a respectful approach and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
- You are proficient with common MS Office products and are open to new tools.
- To ensure optimal communication among all parties, you need very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Important note: A valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens.
