About the role

  • In this position you will act as Project Manager for Building Services (TGA) with a focus on heating, ventilation, sanitary and air conditioning (HLSK) in our STF Energy business unit, leading various large-scale building services projects with specialization in HLSK.
  • Projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, as well as supermarkets and hotels.
  • With your expertise and ideas you will take responsibility for overall project coordination, implement client requirements and lead the project team to ensure smooth workflows and on-time completion.
  • You are the point of contact for all project-related questions and conduct negotiations with clients and project stakeholders (e.g., architects, structural engineers, etc.) — you also actively participate in project meetings and present project status updates.
  • You ensure compliance with budgets and schedules, handle project controlling and keep a constant focus on all quality assurance measures.

Requirements

  • You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA).
  • Ideally you have experience across the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) or you have specialized in one of them.
  • In addition, you bring a solid foundation with the following:
  • You hold a degree in engineering — preferably with a focus on building services, energy supply or a related field — OR you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK).
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management / project leadership / project coordination.
  • You demonstrate a respectful manner and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
  • You are proficient with common Microsoft Office products and open to using new tools.
  • To guarantee optimal communication among all parties, very good written and spoken German skills are required.
  • Important note: Please be advised that a valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens. Unfortunately, applications without a valid work permit and sufficient German language skills may not be considered.
