About the role
- In this position you will be a Project Leader TGA with a focus on HLSK (m/f/d) within our STF Energy business unit and will manage various large-scale projects in building services engineering, specializing in HLSK.
- Projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn railway stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, supermarkets and hotels.
- In project management your key responsibilities include:
- Coordination – With your expertise and ideas you take responsibility for overall project coordination, ensure implementation of client requirements and lead the project team to guarantee smooth processes and on-time completion.
- Communication – You are the primary contact for all project-related questions and conduct discussions with clients and project stakeholders (e.g., architects, structural engineers, etc.). You actively participate in project meetings and present project status updates.
- Control – You ensure adherence to budgets and schedules, handle project controlling and consistently monitor all quality assurance measures.
Requirements
- You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services engineering (TGA).
- Ideally you have experience across the various trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) or have been specialized in one of them.
- Additionally, you bring one of the following qualifications: a degree in engineering — ideally with a focus on building services, energy engineering or a comparable discipline — OR you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK).
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project leadership / project management / project coordination.
- You are characterized by respectful interaction and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
- You are proficient with common MS Office products and open to new tools.
- To guarantee optimal communication among all parties, you need very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
