About the role

  • MEP Project Manager with a focus on heating, ventilation, sanitary and air conditioning within our STF Energy business unit
  • Lead various large-scale building services projects
  • Responsible for overall project coordination
  • Primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries
  • Attend project meetings and present project status updates
  • Ensure compliance with budget, schedule and quality standards

Requirements

  • Professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (MEP)
  • Experience across trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning)
  • Degree in engineering—ideally with a focus on supply engineering, building services or a comparable field—or certified technician/master craftsman in heating, ventilation, sanitary and air conditioning
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in project leadership, project management or project coordination
  • Respectful manner and strong communication skills when working with the team, clients and other project stakeholders
  • Proficient with common MS Office applications
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken
