About the role
- In this position you will act as Project Manager for Building Services (TGA) with a focus on HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning / HVAC & plumbing) within our STF Energy business unit and lead various large-scale building services projects.
- The projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn train stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, as well as supermarkets and hotels.
- Coordination – With your expertise and ideas you take responsibility for overall project coordination, ensure the implementation of the client’s requirements, and manage the project team to ensure smooth execution and on-time completion.
- Communication – You are the primary point of contact for all project-related questions and conduct discussions with clients and project stakeholders (e.g., architects, structural engineers, etc.). You will actively participate in project meetings and present project status updates.
- Control – You ensure adherence to budgets and schedules, oversee project controlling, and keep a close eye on all quality assurance measures.
Requirements
- You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA).
- Ideally, you have experience across the different trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) or have been specialized in one of them.
- Additionally, you should have a solid foundation in the following:
- A degree in an engineering discipline — ideally with a focus on building services, mechanical services, or a related field — OR you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitary, or air conditioning (HLSK).
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management / project leadership / project coordination.
- You demonstrate respectful conduct and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
- You are proficient with common MS Office products and open to adopting new tools.
- To ensure optimal communication among all parties, very good written and spoken German is required.
- Important to note: Non-EU citizens must have a valid work/residence permit for Germany.

- We offer a broad range of training and development opportunities, tailored to your qualifications and career goals to support your professional growth in a targeted and sustainable way.
- You receive 30 vacation days for perfect rest and recovery.
- Company events – together with your location, account team, or the entire STF group: office concerts, Mud Masters, bouldering, or yoga — there is something for everyone.
- Corporate benefits – two employee discount portals, special offers from TicketSprinter, corporate identity bonus points, and JobRad.
- Dogs in the office – if you have a four-legged friend, they are welcome at our locations.
