About the role
- Responsible for overall project coordination and for implementing the client’s requirements
- Point of contact for project-related questions and active participation in project meetings
- Ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules, including project controlling and quality assurance
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA)
- Ideally experienced across the trades (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary/plumbing)
- Degree in engineering—preferably with a focus on supply engineering or building services engineering OR state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the H/ L/ S/ K trades
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project leadership / project management / project coordination
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in common MS Office applications
