About the role
- In this position you will be a Project Manager for Building Services (TGA) with a focus on HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) within our STF Energy business unit and will lead various large-scale building services projects specialized in HLSK.
- Projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn train stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, supermarkets and hotels.
- We support our clients in all project phases of technical building services planning (TGA).
- You are the primary contact for all project-related questions and conduct discussions with clients and other project participants (e.g. architects, structural engineers, etc.) — you will also actively participate in project meetings and present project statuses.
- You ensure adherence to budgets and schedules, handle project controlling and keep all quality assurance measures firmly in view.
Requirements
- You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA).
- Ideally, you have gained experience across the different trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) or have been specialized in one of them.
- Additionally, you bring a solid foundation in the following areas:
- Degree in engineering — ideally with a focus on supply engineering, building services or a related field — OR you are a certified technician or master tradesperson in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK).
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management / project coordination / project leadership.
- You demonstrate respectful collaboration and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
- You are proficient with common MS Office applications and open to learning new tools.
- To ensure optimal communication between all parties, you need very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Important note: Please be advised that a valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens.
Benefits
- Hybrid work solutions for mobile working — you and your team coordinate when to work from home and when to work from the office.
- Flexible working hours via a flextime model.
- We offer a broad range of training and development opportunities tailored to your qualifications and career goals — this supports your professional development in a targeted and sustainable way.
- You receive 30 days of vacation for perfect rest and recovery.
- Company events — together with your office, account team or the entire STF Group: office concerts, Mud Masters, bouldering or yoga — there’s something for everyone.
- Corporate benefits — two portals with special employee discounts for you, plus special offers from TicketSprinter, corporate identity bonus points and JobRad subsidies for a membership in Urban Sports Club.
- Is there another benefit that’s particularly important to you? Feel free to talk to us about it!
