About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Promotes Stewart services and solutions through various sales and marketing activities designed to ensure customer success while maximizing Stewart revenue and market share.
  • Supports the sales function at Stewart by managing the existing client base and serving as a liaison between the customer and Stewart.
  • Serves as the liaison between Stewart and corresponding clientele to build a strong business rapport while providing customers a readily available point of contact for customer service issues, process changes, quality assurance and conflict resolution should issues arise.
  • Manages a portfolio of business and engages in account management activities such as setting up new accounts or closing accounts for clients.
  • Typically follows existing procedures to perform routine assignments and to solve standard problems.
  • Analyzes basic information and standard practices to make decisions impacting work performed.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
