About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with configuring, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications
- Install software patches, support end-user issues, and maintain system health and availability
- Provide software systems analysis to support daily operations, projects, and strategic initiatives
- Write and execute scripts or small programs to automate routine tasks and enhance system functionality
- Support testing, deployment, and maintenance activities for infrastructure and enterprise solutions
- Provide first‑line support, documentation, and training to help internal users adopt Copilot effectively
- Partner with Stewart IT and business teams to build and maintain AI‑powered workflows and Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform
- Monitor and resolve system latency issues to ensure responsive and reliable system performance
- Utilize AI-powered monitoring and alerting tools to proactively identify system performance issues and reduce downtime
- Apply AI-driven automation to streamline routine system administration tasks and improve operational efficiency
- Leverage machine learning–based analytics to detect anomalies, predict system failures, and support root cause analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- Computer Science or MIS background preferred
- Microsoft certifications or willingness to obtain them preferred: AI‑900: Azure AI Fundamentals, MS‑900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, PL‑900: Power Platform Fundamentals
- Typically requires 0-2 years of experience in systems engineering, cloud services, or technical support
