About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensures accountable decisions are taken at the right level in the organization
- Establishes integrated systems for the administration and deployment of strategic Human Resource information, programs, and service
- Focuses on increasing the capacity to streamline workflows; maximize accuracy, reliability, and validity of workforce data; and ease deployment and collection of data and information
- Committed to the integrity and security of employee data.
- Oversees databases, software, and computer systems that are used to manage human resources
- Provides technical expertise and analytical support on administration, implementation and execution of all information, business processes and system requirements related to the Human Resources department
- Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
