Senior HRIS Analyst, Workday Compensation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Compensation solutions
- Serve as the primary HRIS partner for the annual compensation cycle
- Partner with other Compensation team to design, build, and maintain advanced compensation plans in Workday
- Build, maintain, and enhance Workday compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Work collaboratively with Compensation and cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage system change requests for compensation program updates
- Perform testing and validation for compensation system changes
- Support data integrity initiatives by conducting regular audits of compensation data
- Stay current on Workday Compensation releases
- Maintain technical documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
