About the role
- Oversee support team and ensure customers receive exceptional service
- Manage a team of support agents, monitoring performance, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Managing and coordinating operational/business strategies and activities for a functional or geographic segment
- Participate in developing, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures for the department
- Assign or delegate responsibilities for specified work or functional activities and ensure attainment of operating goals
- Serve as a resource in providing work direction and assistance in resolving issues as they arise
- Supervise the daily activities of support or team members
- Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinate work activities for direct reports
- Use judgment to identify, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems
- Explain information, convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues
- Coordinate resources and set daily priorities of direct reports to meet operational objectives
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role
- Real Estate and Title industry experience is required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with notarial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using customer support software and remote collaboration tools
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred; Equivalent work experience may be considered
