About the role
- Engages in data collection, maintenance, and analysis to support evaluation, assessment, and strategic planning for management decisions
- Conducts comprehensive analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data from diverse internal and external sources
- Demonstrates proficiency in crafting and executing complex data queries, presenting findings through detailed reports tailored to stakeholders' needs
- Utilizes advanced analytical techniques to generate dashboards, metrics, and actionable insights
- Engages closely with users and decision-makers to pinpoint optimal data sources, necessary data elements, and robust validation standards
- Leads collaborative efforts with development teams to conceptualize and implement sophisticated business intelligence solutions
- Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents
- Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner
- Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members
- Individual contributor working with limited oversight
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
