About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Customer support across all channels: You respond to customer inquiries and tickets through our system via email, phone, chat, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
  • Solution-oriented advice: You provide assistance on all watch-related topics and support customers with questions about functionality, care and selection.
  • Returns, complaints and payment issues: You handle returns and complaints and ensure smooth processing.
  • Product and order information: You inform customers about our products, current offers and their orders, helping to build trust in our brand.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Customer service experience: You have experience in customer service, ideally from e‑commerce or a call center.
  • Interest in watches: Retail experience, especially in jewelry, is a plus but not required — we provide comprehensive training in watch technology.
  • Structured work approach: You work in an organized way and keep an overview even when request volume is high.
  • Strong communication skills: You enjoy interacting with people and communicate clearly and solution-oriented — both written and verbal.
  • Language skills: You speak fluent German and good English to communicate with our international customers and the global Sternglas community.
  • Team spirit and solution orientation: You are a team player with an open, solution-oriented attitude.
