E‑Commerce Customer Service, Part-time or Full-time

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Customer support across all channels: You respond to customer inquiries and tickets through our system via email, phone, chat, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Solution-oriented advice: You provide assistance on all watch-related topics and support customers with questions about functionality, care and selection.
- Returns, complaints and payment issues: You handle returns and complaints and ensure smooth processing.
- Product and order information: You inform customers about our products, current offers and their orders, helping to build trust in our brand.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer service experience: You have experience in customer service, ideally from e‑commerce or a call center.
- Interest in watches: Retail experience, especially in jewelry, is a plus but not required — we provide comprehensive training in watch technology.
- Structured work approach: You work in an organized way and keep an overview even when request volume is high.
- Strong communication skills: You enjoy interacting with people and communicate clearly and solution-oriented — both written and verbal.
- Language skills: You speak fluent German and good English to communicate with our international customers and the global Sternglas community.
- Team spirit and solution orientation: You are a team player with an open, solution-oriented attitude.
