About the role

  • Oversees large and complex, integrated program(s)/ projects
  • Implements work scope, provides program/project planning, budget, and administration
  • Develops related operational policies and procedures
  • Focuses on planning, development, testing, and implementation of solutions for operational efficiencies
  • Leads the coordination with Stericycle business sponsors to define requirements and scope for global projects
  • Identifies resources needed for project teams
  • Schedules tasks, deadlines, and key milestones
  • Establishes best practices for managing projects
  • Manages the project lifecycle including requirements, development, testing, and launch

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business or communication or the equivalent in related work experience
  • Seven or more years of Sales and/or Marketing experience in a service-oriented industry, including three or more years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational development and training preferred
  • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel PowerPoint, MapPoint, Project and Visio.
