About the role
- Responsible for retaining customers that are ‘at risk’ or have requested cancellation
- Support cancellation/downgrade requests for individual and multi-location accounts
- Determine customers’ needs/requirements and negotiate resolutions
- Negotiate contracts to retain customer business
- Manage cases assigned within prescribed service level expectations
- Proactively contact customers identified as 'at risk'
- Utilize technology based CRM for lead follow-up and pipeline management
Requirements
- Education equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in sales or marketing preferred
- Two or more years of telesales experience
- Ability to manage and develop existing and prospective accounts
- Experience with customer relations and support
- Must have good knowledge of business processes and order entry systems
