About the role

  • Responsible for retaining customers that are ‘at risk’ or have requested cancellation
  • Support cancellation/downgrade requests for individual and multi-location accounts
  • Determine customers’ needs/requirements and negotiate resolutions
  • Negotiate contracts to retain customer business
  • Manage cases assigned within prescribed service level expectations
  • Proactively contact customers identified as 'at risk'
  • Utilize technology based CRM for lead follow-up and pipeline management

Requirements

  • Education equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in sales or marketing preferred
  • Two or more years of telesales experience
  • Ability to manage and develop existing and prospective accounts
  • Experience with customer relations and support
  • Must have good knowledge of business processes and order entry systems
