About the role

- Branch Emails
- Closing Confirmations
- Coordinating shipping of packages (FedEx parts, supplies, RFP's, etc.)
- Re-schedule of missed service
- Ordering supplies
- Open and review mail
- Vendor Management (setup, communication, local visits)
- Equipment lists PROCESSING deliveries
- Payroll Processing
- Time and Attendance. Enters and audits weekly final payroll reports for departmental approval
- Billing:
- Exception based billing Accounts (Half-Bag)
- Reviews vendor invoices ensuring accuracy and completes all AP related functions. Ensures proper coding to correct location and GL account with department managers approval; batches & submits to Corporate A/P
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma (some college preferred) or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in administrative, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of computer software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple issues to resolve related to the upkeep and maintenance of the position
- Demonstrates the ability to modify behavior, as needed, in order to maintain effectiveness in a changing situation; and with varying tasks, responsibilities, or people
- Demonstrates the ability to persist with a specific course of action. Must be willing to commit the necessary time and effort to complete work assignments and do a quality job
- Demonstrates the ability to present ideas and information in a clear, concise, organized and diplomatic manner; listen to others to respond effectively to ideas and questions
- Demonstrates the ability to identify and understand customer needs; takes appropriate actions to ensure customer needs are met and proactively searches of ways to increase customer satisfaction
- Demonstrates the ability to function independently; resolve problems without direction.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage own time, activities and resources to ensure department standards are met on a consistent basis
- Demonstrates the ability to identify problems as they occur; follow rules, guidelines, and procedures; apply experience and processes to current assignments
