Independently analyze sales and service performance data to identify growth and efficiency opportunities
Develop and optimize dashboards, reports and KPIs to support the go-to-market strategy
Derive relevant insights and prepare actionable recommendations for sales, service and commercial teams
Proactively support go-to-market initiatives through sound data analyses, business cases and modeling
Ensure a consistent understanding of data and promote data-driven decision making across all relevant stakeholders

Requirements

Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence or a comparable analytical area
Strong understanding of sales and service processes and the associated KPIs
Confident use of analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex results clearly and concisely
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable operating between technical and commercial teams
