About the role
- Preparation, consolidation and analysis of sales forecasts for all EMEA countries
- Weekly communication (updates) to EMEA management
- Facilitation of weekly forecast meetings
- Providing commentary on forecasts to C-level and Group Controlling
- Working with Anaplan as the central sales forecasting tool, including continuous improvement
Requirements
- Several years of experience in sales controlling
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, particularly sales pipelines and their impact on sales forecasts (pipeline analysis), commission models, and sales target calculations
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Excel, Anaplan and Salesforce as CRM
- Used to working with management functions (e.g., directors, managing directors) and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prepare and drive decision-making processes
- Very good German and English skills
