About the role

  • Preparation, consolidation and analysis of sales forecasts for all EMEA countries
  • Weekly communication (updates) to EMEA management
  • Facilitation of weekly forecast meetings
  • Providing commentary on forecasts to C-level and Group Controlling
  • Working with Anaplan as the central sales forecasting tool, including continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales controlling
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, particularly sales pipelines and their impact on sales forecasts (pipeline analysis), commission models, and sales target calculations
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Excel, Anaplan and Salesforce as CRM
  • Used to working with management functions (e.g., directors, managing directors) and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prepare and drive decision-making processes
  • Very good German and English skills
