About the role
- Independently analyze sales and service performance data to identify growth and efficiency opportunities
- Develop and optimize dashboards, reports and KPIs to support the go-to-market strategy
- Derive relevant insights and produce actionable recommendations for sales, service and commercial teams
- Proactively support go-to-market initiatives through robust data analyses, business cases and modeling
- Ensure a consistent understanding of data and promote data-driven decision-making across all relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence or a comparable analytical area
- Strong understanding of sales and service processes and relevant KPIs
- Proficient with analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex findings clearly and concisely
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable working between technical and commercial teams
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
