About the role

  • Identify and acquire new customers and manage client relationships by phone in the hotel, gastronomy and tourism sectors
  • Grow and maintain your own customer portfolio through personalised consultation and support
  • Prepare tailored offers and follow them up through to successful closing
  • Work closely with Customer Service and team leadership to implement offers and orders
  • Proactive customer management

Requirements

  • Sales aptitude, strong communication skills and enthusiasm
  • Enjoyment of professional telesales/outbound work selling online products
  • Determination and the drive to shape your own success through your performance
  • Career changers with professional experience in hotel, gastronomy or tourism sectors are welcome
  • Experience in telephone-based customer contact is an advantage
