About the role

  • Manage projects from conceptual design ideas through manufacturing to final distribution
  • Support the Sales Manager
  • Learn internal ordering platform and requirements for order entry
  • Responsible for data analysis and reporting for your team
  • Interact daily with clients and manufacturing partners/suppliers
  • Identify areas of improvement within processes and procedures
  • Drive best practice through feedback to partners and clients
  • Oversight on daily requests from Sales manager, Office manager and Clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred + 3 years of experience
  • Associates degree + 4 years of experience
  • PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification highly preferred
  • Experience working in a sales and service, corporate or PMO
  • Highly preferred background in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Experience Adobe Acrobat, PM Software (Planner, Trello, SmartSheet, Monday.com) highly preferred!
