Account Manager

• As an Account Coordinator you will assist with managing client product and business portfolios.
• This position encompasses the administration of client activity relating to composing client and supplier correspondence, processing orders, maintaining distribution spreadsheets, project tracking, research and managing budgets.
• The role works closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to best meet client needs.
• The Account Coordinator is the primary person responsible for following and managing an order from inception to payment.
• Communication, detail orientation, accountability, positivity, and time management are key to success.
• You will ensue that client portfolios and sales teams align to and emulate the company’s policies, procedures, and behavioral expectations.
• You will communicate with sales agents, project managers, branch and corporate partners, clients, warehouse personnel and suppliers.
• You will assist with initiating quotes in support of client product requests.
• You will receive, process and place client orders including scheduling shipment of goods via land, air and or sea.
• You will own and process Quality Management Standard documents - including ISO forms, Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and quality control action plans.
• You will work with Corporate Depts to ensure orders are processed for billing in a timely manner and drive the prompt collection of invoices.
• This role is responsible for working directly with clients and sales teams within the Sales Department, and closely coordinate with various departments within the corporate office.
• You will have a dotted reporting line into the Sales Manager and report to the branch Office Manager.

Account Coordinator

Support Engineer

• Serve as a front-line support resource for Epicor ERP issues, triaging requests, performing functional analysis, and coordinating resolution.
• Troubleshoot functional and configuration-related issues across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, P2P, and OTC process areas.
• Work closely with business users to understand issues, clarify requirements, and document expected system behavior.
• Escalate complex technical issues to developers, or vendors with clear documentation and business context.
• Assist in analyzing manufacturing and supply chain workflows, identifying gaps between system functionality and business needs.
• Support documentation of business processes, use cases, and functional requirements related to production, inventory, procurement, and order fulfillment.
• Help identify opportunities for process standardization, system optimization, and reduced manual work within Epicor.
• Maintain and validate ERP master data accuracy (items, BOMs, routings, suppliers, customers, pricing, etc.).
• Support ERP enhancements, patches, upgrades, and integrations through testing, validation, and user coordination.
• Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure Epicor processes align with operational needs.
• Assist with end-user training, documentation, and adoption of ERP best practices.
• Support reporting and basic dashboard development to help users monitor inventory, production, and transactional performance.
• Communicate system changes, known issues, and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.

Systems Support Analyst
