About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones and complex panel interviews
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm, responsive, and professional experience throughout the process
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep requisitions, pipelines, and interview feedback organized and on track
- Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience
- Coordinate candidate travel and expenses
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years scheduling or coordination experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
- Adaptable and able to shift gears at a moment's notice
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Interested to grow your career in recruiting
- Familiarity with Greenhouse
