About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full-cycle recruiting across various pipelines in Engineering, Product, and Design
- Work directly with Step's CTO, Founders, and the leadership team on recruiting strategy to attract and hire top talent
- Drive a variety of sourcing tools to engage passive talent, in addition to owning inbound application buckets
- Manage processes to ensure we are optimizing our tools, data, and reporting
- Create a white-glove candidate experience for all candidates who engage in the recruiting process
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience working in a dynamic, fast-growing company
- Care deeply about the experience of every candidate, no matter the outcome
- Passionate about getting to know each candidate's background and motivations to align with the company's hiring needs
- Sweat the details to master your craft in recruiting
- Collaborate well as a partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, and Design
