About the role
- Build and strengthen our network of freelance court reporters by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new partners.
- Serve as a responsive point of contact for both prospective and active reporters, guiding them through onboarding and early assignments.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and recruiting functions to build relationships and increase visibility.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events to foster engagement and community
- Communicate updates, operational changes, and initiatives clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our providers.
- Maintain accurate records and update reporter information in tools such as HubSpot, Rippling, and Google Workspace.
- Track engagement and recruitment metrics to help inform team strategy
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to support high-quality service delivery
- This role requires occasional travel to industry events, conferences, and networking functions, as well as on-site support for recruitment activities and reporter engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a convention setting within the legal services, project coordination, recruiting, event planning, or provider relations—ideally within legal services.
- You naturally build and maintain strong relationships and feel confident engaging with professionals at events, conferences, and in one-on-one interactions.
- You have supported recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, or outreach initiatives across multiple regions or markets.
- You are highly organized and thrive in fast-paced environments where you manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- You have successfully coordinated events, handling everything from planning and logistics to communication and follow-up.
- You are proficient with tools like Google Workspace, and ideally have experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- You work well within a team, take initiative, and bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to your work.
- You are willing and able to travel regularly for events, recruiting, and relationship-building activities.
