About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and data center operations
Ensure 24/7 uptime and compliance with legal and financial standards
Oversee LAN/WAN connectivity, VoIP systems, firewall management, and VPN/SD-WAN solutions
Prepare IT infrastructure for compliance assessments
Direct the help desk to ensure 24/7 support for remote employees (100+ users)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
8–10+ years of IT experience
At least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role
Deep knowledge of enterprise networking (Watchguard, NetGear)
Knowledge of VPN/SD-WAN, VoIP, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure/365 infrastructure
Experience with PCIDSS, HIPAA, GLBA, or other financial data security standards
Certifications: CISSP, CCNA/CCNP, or ITIL Foundation
