About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the trusted architecture counterpart for enterprise architects and technical leadership on the customer side.
Design the target solution architecture for enterprise transformations.
Own the hardest architecture questions in our deals—integration patterns, deployment models, throughput, latency.
Lead architecture workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and reference architecture reviews with customer stakeholders.
Represent Taktile in senior architecture discussions on the customer side.
Build reusable reference architectures, integration blueprints, and best practices that scale across teams.
Work across pre-sales and post-sales: supporting Account Executives and Solution Engineers on complex enterprise deals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You bring 10+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture.
Deep, hands-on knowledge of AWS and enterprise integration patterns (event-driven architectures, messaging, APIs, batch, streaming).
Worked with enterprise-grade legacy systems—core banking platforms, loan origination systems (LOSs), loan management systems (LMS).
Solid grounding in security and compliance as they apply to regulated enterprises.
Communicate complex architecture crisply, in writing, on a whiteboard, in a slide deck, and in the room, to both deeply technical and executive audiences.
Comfortable operating across pre-sales and post-sales.
Experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Principal Consultant is ideal but not required.
