About the role

  • Conduct customer service, visits, prospecting and negotiations with clients, providing feedback to the Regional Manager to identify the best technical and commercial strategy;
  • Proven experience in the power generation sector (a plus);
  • Present sales proposals — technical and commercial;
  • Develop solutions according to each client's needs;
  • Perform market analysis and develop new clients;
  • Work on prospecting and business activities, managing your own portfolio and strategically supporting the inside sales representative's portfolio in your region;
  • Be proactive and engage daily in strategic customer-facing activities;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed; Technical training, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (a plus);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Strong negotiation skills; proactive, organized, and with clear, active communication.
